DIGITAL HUMANITIES RESEARCH INFRASTRUCTURE

by PARTHENOS

From 25-29 July, a group of 5 participants from all over the world came together with the PARTHENOS project staff at the “Culture and Technology” – The European Summer University in Digital Humanities in Leipzig to investigate the challenges of accessing, building and improving research infrastructures

With sessions ranging from the definitions and history of the infrastructure concept we now know through to specific issues around the management and collaborations inherent in large scale RI development, the students had numerous opportunities to expand their knowledge about the European scene and reflect on their own national and institutional contexts.

PARTHENOS wishes these newest members of their international network, representing Russia, Egypt, Canada and the US, all the best as they take their learning back home!
